Formed in the mid 1980s, Fairhaven Housing was created with the sole purpose of developing and managing retirement communities.
Our Board of Directors and management team is comprised of housing professionals with experience of working in the public and private sector.
With over 30 years’ experience within this specialist sector we know exactly what it takes to deliver a first class service which provides the lifestyle you deserve.
The organisation was formed for the benefit of its residents and our not-for-profit status ensures that we focus on service delivery.
