- Appointing, training and managing site-based staff.
- Health and safety compliance – fire risk assessments, fire safety testing, passenger lift maintenance, mechanical and electrical plant, appliance testing, asbestos etc.
- Production of building condition surveys, asset management plans and defects reports.
- Determine detailed cost analysis and phased works schedules.
- Draft work specifications, undertake tendering process and manage statutory consultation.
- Project and contractor management ensuring works are completed to spec, delivered on time and completed within budget.
