Management fee

The management fee covers a multitude of costs that are absorbed/incurred by Fairhaven Housing in the provision of its services, these are essential business infrastructure costs which would be incurred by any organisation.

What does the management fee include?

  • Staff training.
  • Professional advice.
  • Postage and stationary.
  • Vehicles and travel expenditure.
  • Bank charges.
  • Staff uniforms, workwear and protective clothing.
  • Senior management salaries.
  • IT equipment, infrastructure, software licences and support.

Transparency

We ensure that our budgeting and accounts are clearly formatted and distributed to all residents. We hold annual budget meetings to discuss the current expenditure and budget for the forthcoming year, this provides all residents and family members an opportunity to scrutinise the accounts.


Property owners receive a set of audited accounts for their development within 6 months of the financial year end.
